Right of withdrawal

Return policy

In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, instructions, and packaging are complete.
• The return will be made within the specified time frame.
• The item shows no signs of use or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods do not meet the above conditions.

Non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, or legal reasons, certain products are excluded from returns. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Opened or used self-defense products
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Consumables or products with damaged seals
• Items for which return is legally excluded

Return process

To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service with the following information:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item, if damaged or defective

After your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions for the return.

Return shipping costs

The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the goods were damaged, faulty, or delivered incorrectly.

In the case of justified complaints, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If possible, please include photos of the problem.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
